How to register an account with SC Online Store?

At the check out page, after you have filled in the required details, tick on the ‘Create an account’ box and register an account.

Do I need to sign up an account in order to purchase from the Setapak Central (SC) Online Store?

No, you can opt for shop as guest where you do not need to sign up an account but you need to key in your details every time you shop at the SC Online Store.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Simply click on the “Lost your password” and key in your registered email address to reset your password.

How do I place an order?

Just follow the few simple steps below:-

  • At the products page, after making the product selection, click “Add to Cart”. Repeat this step for all the items that you’d like to purchase.
  • Mouse over to the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page and click “Checkout”.
  • At the checkout page, sign in to your account (if you have already registered an account) or directly proceed to fill up the billing / shipping address and payment method to place the order.
  • Once the order is placed, an email confirmation on the order will be sent to your registered email.
  • The shop will contact you separately for the payment and delivery arrangement.

How do I view my ordered items?

Mouse over to the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page and click on the shopping cart.

Can I cancel/amend my order after payment?

Visit the individual brands in the E-shop to refer to their respective cancellation or alteration policy.

How can I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

For shipping method, you may opt for self-pick-up from the outlet in Setapak Central or delivery to your door step. For shopping options, refer to the individual e-shop retailers.

Can I return my purchase?

Payment

How to make payment?

Once you have placed the order, a tax invoice will be emailed to you. Please refer to the payment details displayed on the tax invoice to make the payment. The available payment method is direct bank transfer or payment upon pick-up.

What should I do after I have made payment?

Once the payment is made, kindly contact the retailers for shipping arrangement.
