Shopee has introduced SPX Express Lockers in Malaysia (as of late 2025) as a self-service, 24/7, or operating-hour-based parcel collection solution for online shoppers. This service allows users to skip home delivery and pick up items at their own convenience. 
 
Key Details of Shopee Locker Service in Malaysia:
  • How it Works: During checkout on the Shopee app, users select the “Self Collection Point” option.
  • Notification: Once the parcel is delivered, users receive a 6-digit PIN via the Shopee app and WhatsApp.
  • Collection Time: Parcels must be collected within 5 days of delivery.
